instant 14 day ban??

hey i just started playing league again consistently idk if its been a month or maybe a month and a half. I haven't afk'd since i been back and i haven't had a chat restriction since i been back. i did notice my honor level drop to zero about a week or two ago, ( wont lie i can get toxic when im tilted) so if people reported me for that and my honor level reset as a result i guess thats that. The past week ive just been muting people from start of the game. i dont see what people are saying and give them arguments back (huge win streaks btw- mute all every game in low elo im g2). So this particular game me and other jungle died to our mids fighting for scuttle, i spawn in get the 2nd scuttle and die to their mid and jung. ( my bot lane just got a kill and i was pinging for the fight when i was full hp, its mumu vs nunu so its a long fight until their mid comes.) my mid laner calls me braind dead for dying to the other mid. and starts to spam ping me for 5 minutes and he did try to last hit some of my jungle camps. i threatened to afk which i know is bad( was an empty threat i like winning to much to just leave) but then with help of my team i remember what mute button does and play the rest of game out. these are the chat logs. AT the end of the game my top laner the calm guy who told me to mute literally started going off on mid, told him to kill himself, said he hopes his mother kills herself all kinds of stuff i know are big no no if someone reports.i dont add any fuel to flame but when the game closes and we lost because our mid trolled the game away split pushing as brand (pushing to tower then going to base not actually getting any objectives) instead of contributing to team. i called him an idiot in post game lobby. MY Argument hear is not whether or not i deserved some kind of punishment, i dont really think i did, i was frustrated then i muted played game out, i dont see why its id get punished for flaming then stopping the flame myself. My only concern is why straight to a 14 day ban why no other kinds of punishment first? im not screen shotting the chat restriction from inclient because it was so much talking and most of it is irrelevant because because i ignored him for majority of game. No i dont know what kind of standing my account was in a year ago. i probably have had a chat restriction at some point before. But a year later and something like 80+ games restriction free, and this warrants a 14 day ban on my next offense?

dont comment oh your so toxic after reading logs because you get absolutely no context. not saying it anyone fault besides my own but literally go to match history and watch replay/ this mid laner that must have reported me because literally my whole team went and reported him after the game. Brand spam pinged that i was alive almost the whole game until i muted him. he followed me around jungle last hitting camps and then we started to group he continue'd to farm jungle and shove minions waves to tower without actually autoing the towers. AND NO im not saying he was late to fights and object the guy made no attempt to come even with my entire team pinging and begging for help. read how many times i say please when i need him to do something after i calmed down and muted him. I flamed but only his game play you see me constantly asking what is our mid doing, im not just talking about his family for no reason or anything like that , hes a complete stranger the only thing that concerns me is his gameplay. I wish i could get everyones logs because my entire team constantly complained about this nonsensical mid trolling the game away and then his report gets me a 14 day ban.
