Is homophobia and racism tolerated?

This guy is the single most toxic, homophobic and racist player I have met so far in this game. If you can watch his chat in the game of 30.7., finishing around 22:40 (CET). He played as Ezreal, his stats are bad, but that can happen to anybody. However, what he wrote in chat was disgusting. How can we battle this kind of behavior?

How can we battle? Report after game and move on. Dont name and shame on forum.

Not allowed to name shame. You can report it in a ticket to Riot though, and I'm sure they would look into it.

What's worse is that you're letting it get to you, and that's why people troll and become toxic. Trolls are nothing but sideline internet bullies, they'll do anything to make your time online miserable. What pisses me off most is that the internet is also another place of freedom of speech regardless of ur race/color/origin/sexual preference, the fact that we get in trouble for speaking our minds and having an opinion based on someone like that is 100% double standard garbage because what happens if a trans-gendered person or a person of color is racist to a white person? Nothing. Nothing will happen because we're supposed to lay back and accept it since we are the ones who did slavery and shet. And you know what, who cares, it happened 200 years ago.

Like the others mentioned, we don't allow name & shaming on the boards. This is definitely a good place to have your discussion, but I recommend uploading videos and/or images with the names removed/censored so we can discuss the behavior and not focus on the player, which can result in harassment and witch hunts.
