So I was banned during the season for raging, def deserved it. and I was told that I didn't qualify for end of season rewards. it was in the email provided with the ban. But, today I received my plat border. anyone else experience this? will it be removed once the preseasons over? let me know your thoughts thanks! Write Your Thoughts

Riot picks and chooses who gets their rewards and who doesn't. There isn't any actual policy in place. So it's very likely that they let you have your rewards anyway.

No, the policy was clearly stated as above. OP was most likely unbanned before the deadline above.
