How do i report a player if the game did not start but this one just randomly cussing me out???

i have the msg he send saved and his name, since the game never technically started i am having a problem on unable to find a place to file a report where should i go for that

Send in a Support Ticket with the screen shot. Just file it under general questions. And specify that you want to speak to a player behavior specialist about it.
