Not being able to play (or chat) after 14 day ban.

I got a 14 day ban 2 weeks ago, which was supposed to end yesterday. While logging in I could see my friends list, icon and all that, except play. Now, one day after the ban has ended, I can't even see my name, my status, my friends list says "disconnected" and the "PLAY" button says "14 days left". I don't know what to do and I was really hoping I would finally play League after 2 weeks of boredom. Any ideas on what I should do / Help from proffesionals would be appreciated. Thank you.

Edit: The ban was on this account, "Toki the Dino" on EUNE, if that helps.
