I was recently Permanently banned,
I was banned because i was in ranked and a janna supp decided to int and feed i went about it the wrong way and flamed her and im sorry i have done many questionable things in League Of Legends but i am wandering if there is any way i will be able to reform or anything too maybe get back my account.
Once an account is permanently banned you are, unfortunately, out of chances to show you have reformed. The account is lost. Sorry I can't bring better news.

Riot allows you to make a new account, and encourages you under the assumption you really are reformed and that you want to play again. An act of reformation does not give back access to your permanently banned account, otherwise it will cause a lot of concerns surrounding punishment and fairness.
Just make sure you don't get permabanned 25 times or you'll be booted from LoL forever hehexd

Honestly, i was banned to. I already submitted a ticket for the same issue. They wont do anything when you submit a ticket. So dont waste your time or hopes. Just take the account as a loss, and find another game to play. League isnt worth it, and if your like me and spent money on this accountallot then its gone to. There's literally nothing you can do.
So save your self the head/heartache and move on. I also wouldn't bother creating a new account. If you got banned from the game once, you will more then likely get banned again. Its stupid, instead of banning someone who flames they should just be muted. But who cares, riot will eventually lose allot of their clients with this ban system.

you had chances to reform with the lower level bans. they don't give the account back unless there was a mistake on their part, which it sounds like that is not the case. you can create another account though and start fresh
