Why did i get banned for having 1 bad day?

My ingame name is IIIIoIIII (iiiioiiii) and i just got banned after a game i raged because it was a game i had to win otherwise i would get demoted to gold 3 and a rengar in my team inted and trolled the whole game and flamed us and abused us so i wrote some harsh words i played more than 1 year on this account and spend like 300-400 CHF (Switzerland Franks) on it and i get banned and he still can play so my question:

Why did i get banned for having a bad game and flamed him becasue he inted so hard and fucked up the game for everyone. That was my first bann in my life playing leauge of legendes and its i get 14 day bann i spend alot of time on this account and its stupid that he can still play i was never afk in a game or trolled or inted it is totaly unfair and im not saying this just like that it is really unfair that i got banned for having 1 bad day and players like him can continue ruining games for other players and i meant that like i said it i never inted, trolled or was afk in 1 game in my entire year i started playing league
