I know I was acting like an ass hole. I don't have an excuse, my life has been easy to say just poor recently I wont make this a sob story, recently I was banned for 14 days for VERY justifiable reasons but this is harsh for calling someone useless, no it did not need to be said but I feel like all the money and time iv spent should earn me some credibility, this was the most recent bans iv had in more than a few years as least, maybe a chat restriction for this. what do you think?

Regardless I was being a jerk, I love this game too much to stop playing, I already made another :c I just want someone to talk to this hurts.

They go 10 game chat restriction, 25 game chat restriction, 14 day ban, permaban for all offenses. It doesn't matter if your first offense is worse than your 4th (except in extreme cases), you will still follow this order of punishment. Do I agree with it? Nope. But it is what it is. You so much as ask a teammate not to chase the enemy tank into the unwarded jungle and they report you following a 14 day ban and you can expect a permban coming :)

Basically, you should have just muted everyone after your 14 day ban. That's what rito wants. I'm sure they will just take out chat soon.

I just use Pantheon "quotes" for 99% of my communication, 1000 games in a row without any problems (despite being told I am reported every single game).

Once in a while every other game perhaps if someone does something truly amazing (like save my life in a team fight) I throw out a generic gj or at end of game a quick gg.

(pinging > typing) If you want an objective ping assist me, if someones walking into an unwarded jungle ping danger, if they do not respond ping a few times in rapid succession, if that doesn't work focus and yourself and hit up the report options after (or just brush it off).

This game was rough but i minded the advice I gave you and managed a win. (proof of concept)

P.S. I don't mind anything you displayed in logs but remember tribunal is run by "PC Principle" (Southpark) and any micro-aggression can get your account taken away so you have to adjust what you say or how you say it.

OMG I just realized somthing that I can prove that might make a few have a change of heart,

Okay, In my league games throughout all of them in the past I can prove that While YES it is true I can come off as a very negative player. That's my mindset to be honest, I'm a pessimist it makes me player better it makes me want to win more, in addition to making me more competitive and emotionally connected into the game and more importantly winning, While I do know deep down I suck at league but with that in my heart in makes me really want to be the best and thats also why I play ranked games 1000 times more than I play norms now a day!

You can check chat logs in prior games and you will see I say it a lot in game im not sure why but when I do it helps alleviate the pressure in my head to just vent to my team. Maybe see if one of them will possible take a leader ship role other times im just told to shut up :/

Then you should use the support button on the upper right. This forum is for volunteers to explain why you were punished and give advice as to how you can avoid further bans, so our commentary is actually expected.

Your punishment isn’t determined by your behavior in the case. It’s determined by your demonstration that you’re not interested in changing your behavior. It’s called the “punishment volcano” – the more often and more frequently you are punished, the more likely you are to get permanent account closure.

Further, Riot makes that determination, not the Tribunal. We only vote on whether or not punishable behavior is present in the case – we don’t vote on how much of it there is or what should be done about it. For punishments prior to permaban, the decision may or may not be automated. It’s worth noting that Riot thinks that the system assigns the wrong punishment in only about 0.5% of cases, meaning that the algorithm is very accurate. They have said that some lengthy bans and all permanent bans are manually reviewed.

We get this one a lot, so don’t be surprised if you get some pretty snippy replies. I like to explain it thus:

If I come over to your house once a month and take a screaming dump in your cereal bowl, are you going to give me a pass because I only ruined 3% of your breakfasts?

Of course not. We’re not going to give you a pass because the other people in your matches don’t care that you’re not ruining games that they will never see. They care that you’re ruining their match – hence the report.

Keep in mind that the average player is reported in approximately 5% of their matches. It takes being reported in 15-25% of your matches to trigger a Tribunal case. This means that there are many games where you were probably toxic, but they only show a limited number. They do this to help limit bias against you. In the olden days, we would see cases with 10-12 matches. Believe me, it was an effort to remain objective when you saw that many reports. ** “I was only toxic in N games. I didn’t do anything wrong in the other matches.”**

Jurors are instructed to vote punish if they find any punishable behavior or if you meet the more nebulous and subjective standard of “I would not want to play with this person.” The moment that you admit that you were toxic, you’re done. Learn from what you did and move on.
