Trolls in Rank

Hello, can Riot do something about trolls who either int because they don't care about their smurfs in rank, or people who int in order to get to lower division. Because of people like that, normal players have to suffers LP lost because they have to dodge a game where players already states their trolling intention in champ select. And I know there are a lot of players who do that with their smurfs, so this is really discouraging for normal players who want to improve their skills and climb.

I've got some bad new for you bud: you aren't stuck in silver because of the occasional trolls. It happens to all of us. The ones who deserve to climb, climb. Recognize that there are many things you can improve about your own play (and that you can control, unlike trolls) and fix those things. You'll climb if you're meant to.

I am not talking about climbing, I am in silver 4 and I know the most I can climb to s1, because I was there 1 month ago, climbing all the way from b4 to s1, but having not serious players in the game just make it harder even if you are fed. I am not talking like I am good at the game and I deserve like plat.
