Got chat banned for one game with 3 listed because 2 have bad words.

I have 3 games listed that i was listed toxic in. i was toxic in one because we had a jungler inting top saying he was playing with a controller but thats the least of the problem. the other 2 i want toxic riot just used triggerwords, i said MAO IS A ######## CHRISTMAS TREE, said the word moron about their adc that game. At the end of that game i said maokai is trolling because he said for thresh not to help 3 people on the team because they were doing bad when he was 0-6-2 and thresh was 1-5-2. and for the third i asked how my akali being a d3 smurf means the kass with 80 farm at 17 minutes is also a smurf and kept telling her that her main being d3 doesnt matter if shes in a low elo game not playing to d3 standards. Wouldnt care only that i cannot earn rewards and honor levels now because of that. I think riot should look more into whats going on than just the words used. so many circumstances where it just makes you hate league, can get literal trolls every game but get mad at them and you get banned, like make a ranked where the only ban can be inting and it would be so much easier. im in gold getting people who dont know champion abilities and just hit 30 and i support them to their hearts content if they try, but i legit had a jax claim he won us a fight by not being there because he was useless he was 1-6 at the time so he wasnt good but he was asking me to apologize and i refused and that game is on there even when i ended up apologizing just so hed help. like i might be an ass but im the opposite of toxic, literally trying to help people in game as much as possible 90% of the time mentally and still get banned. i dont int games
