I was playing a game with my friends and right after there was a msg saying i was banned and then it exited my client. I tried to log back on but it said i was suspended for 1 day and there was no email or nothing saying why. Please Help!

You should send a support ticket to Riot Support.
1 day might be from a manual review of your account. It's not from the automated system, that's for sure.
I've never seen a one day ban before.
Way back in the era of the Tribunal there used to be 3 and 7 day bans, but not 24 hours. That's different.
