Trolls galore in ranked

I don't get why someone would waste their life to level up to 30 just to go to ranked to intentionally feed and troll. Surely my match with this player wasn't the first he/she has done this? I get these every 5-8 matches. Must be the people who go crazy in elo hell that give up but go out with a bang...

The best part is, he won't be picked up by the banning system so he can feed away.

Intentional feeding section of the banning system is broken because there is no way to differentiate intention and bad, even if they don't type they may still be doing it intentionally to see how others react.

Its sad really but alas, can't be helped. If u wanna rank up play 1 champion only and spam 24 games per day. Also don't sleep.
