Riot please get a hold of your game

Every game there is constant flaming. From a major philosophy stand point only thing. The community already has a toxic reputation so it is considered the norm. Quite honestly what is the solution? Harsher punishments.

Anytime anyone makes any comment for anyone to "KYS" or Kill yourself is completely inexcusable. Do you really know what happens on the other end Riot? If someone is being flamed its for them having a bad game already so their mentality is already low. I've seen multiple games where it just gets out of hand and yes im sure there is a 2 week ban but really what is 2 weeks to a gamer who has that mentality?

I have very close to moving on to a different game and I have spent quite a bit of money here and will always love the game itself but I can't condone any game that allows this type of behavior in any sort of way. There needs to be stricter procedures, harsher penalties, and in some cases permanent mac address/IP bans.

My last 3 games that i remember? Not any great team game or long lasting game. 1. Guy tells lobby to Kill themselves, picks janna with ghost flash and intentionally feeds 29 kills. Penalty? Probably 2 weeks. 2. Miss Fortune pick that doesn't intentionally feed but constantly blamed the jungler whose reaction was to not gank their lane at all. Smart move and then later the Miss Fortune player tells the jungler to kill himself 3 times. 3. Enemy team starts fighting in all chat followed more insults and directions for people to end their lives.

Suicide is not a joking matter and the amount of times it's seen is absurd. This is a serious issue Riot. It's driving people from your games. As great as the game is I can't say i would refer any person to this game due to the toxicity and you are sitting on a multi million dollar company. There needs to be some reform as to the amount of toxicity occurring in these games.

If it was me? I would implement a hidden chat function with keywords that would instantly disconnect and 2 month ban anyone who uses key terms especially those aimed at suicidal actions towards another player. 2 weeks is not long enough. In my opinion, 2 months, then perma ban computer addresses. Once it gets spread about the amount of bans being handed out it will immediately cause other players to adjust their attitude towards teammates and overall make this a better game. This is a team game after all.

Just please do something as what is in place is not working.
