why am i Permanently suspended? i really wanna know

Yesterday, I posted something about one of my account getting hacked, and lost all my info. I mentioned the amount rp and ip the account had. The system detected me as account selling, From: Riot Games Hey KugeIfisch,

I did not post anything after that, and I tried to login. It says my account is permanently banned. I really need some explanation. Please
