why am i Permanently suspended? i really wanna know

Yesterday, I posted something about one of my account getting hacked, and lost all my info. I mentioned the amount rp and ip the account had. The system detected me as account selling, From: Riot Games Hey KugeIfisch,

The selling, buying, or sharing of accounts is against our Terms of Use. Due to this, we have removed your content and any further posting of it will result in a permanent suspension.

I did not post anything after that, and I tried to login. It says my account is permanently banned. I really need some explanation. Please

You lost all your info, account got posted to account sell site, account was banned. Open support ticket, see what they can do.

the first account i have got hacked, password, email, summoner name all changed. i was trying to find help on boards. so i posted using the second account. and the second account got perm banned. Do you know how to check the changed id using account name? and how can i find it on the account selling site? thank you for ur help!
