Does the tribunal even read the chat logs when I get reported?

Im not sure if the tribunal is a "way of punishing that works". I have had a chat restriction a couple of weeks ago. When I logged in,chat logs from the game in wich I was reported did apear. I was blaming Singed for trolling, being stupid, unskilled etc....BUT I WAS PLAYING SINGED.Whats the point in punishing me when I was blaming my self? And all the other guys in game did laugh at it and they have had a great game even when we were loosing? Did I got punished for making ppl happy in a frustrating game ? Im not talking about that one game.Im talking about the whole game wich should be named "League of trolls that dont get punished for provoking but the ppl they provoke get restrictions/bans/no rewards when they cant take it anymore" ...

Being punished for berating yourself is pretty rare, so you must've been going off on yourself pretty hard and may have already been close to a restriction without that match. The system can't really tell that you are talking about yourself. If you want to contest this punishment submit a Support Ticket and explain what happened.

However, just because you're flaming yourself doesn't mean it wasn't creating a negative environment for the other players. There's a point where that would just become annoying and distract from the game. Someone reported you after all.

I see no Singed games on this account (PossitiveAM).
