Punishment is a process. It doesn't typically take just a few games to get punished, so if you are punished for the same behavior as them and they aren't, it's probably because they aren't toxic as often as you are. Just because they aren't punished from that game doesn't mean it won't contribute to punishing them later.

If someone is bothering you in chat, mute them at the start, not the end. And you don't need to insult them while you're at it, just don't say anything about it.

You started out being neutral and just talking about the game, but when they started making mistakes you turned to insulting them for the rest of the game. This never makes them play better; more often than not, they'll start playing worse when being harassed. If you want to make suggestions or take lead on shot calling, you can do so without being an ass. If they don't want to take your suggestions just stop giving it to them.

It also looks like you said you were throwing the game or afk'ing. It doesn't matter how badly the match is going, there is a forfeit system if you want to quit. If they don't want to quit you are obligated to continue, and throwing matches is a punishable offense.
