Is platinum division really so bad?

Hey guys since i was level 3 to 30 and since i was bronze 5 to gold1 i have been meeting some players (lots of them as you can imagine) with stats like 0/500/0, flaming non stop, with 0 map and pings awarness and so on.... you get the picture...but the one thing all these people had in common is that they were saying they are platinum smurfs! Litteraly every single one of them was said he was one! So.......should i stay forever in gold to avoid them? Or is there a 0.1% chance that all these people were lieing about it?

Pls stop make a mockery of yourselfs, you are not fooling anyone and nothing changes by saying im plat when you are worst than a new level 1 player cant you just see it on your own??

Bronze to Gold is a single player game. Plat is supposed to be the start for teamplay, but whoever gets into Plat thinks he's sick af and better off without everyone else. Especially in P5. Hence, they play on their own and without any game knowledge -->in Plat... So basically everything below Diamond IV is shit. And if you think Plat is bad, you haven't seen D5... You can see Bronze to Plat as a single elo, but the higher they are in low elo the higher their ego. Still, without game knowledge, they cannot accept their failures and all they can say when they get asked why they did something stupid is either "stfu" or something about how much better they are than you. So yeah, they are shit, and they tend to smurf, and there is no way to get away from them, as they often have so much luck being bad, that they even get up to D5 and then stop, making D5 the "Boosted Club", making it hard for people with D4-5 MMR to get into Diamond, and for smurfers they make their life a lot harder than necessary.
