When a person doesn't want to play their role

First of all their are some people in league who are complete jerks. Sometimes in ranked mode, there is that person who gets the role they don't want and call another role. Lets say they get support and they don't want support and instead they call mid when someone else is already mid. They get first pick and they lock in a non support champion and intend to go mid when they are supposed to go supp. The person who got mid is supposed to now doge or deal with a douchebag player. The player who was supposed to go supp says "I didn't even want support and I got supp and I want mid." If this ever happens a second time the person who doged will be forced to wait 30 minutes for one game. I don't understand why we have to wait that long just because someone else ruined the game. We got our position, we play the best we can and we try to win. Why can't everyone be like that. I want riot to do something about players who don't respect other people's roles. Does anyone agree with me?

It's absolutely wrong, but there aren't currently any good ways of handling it.

lol.. yeah its bullying and cyber bullying which is both illegal and according to RIOT TOS and rules not favorable ..

Forcing someone is wrong.. lesson learn.? eh?

I've seen so much of this... 3 botlaners (because one of them came bot even though both me and the third player already called it. The third player ended up going mid.) My last game:2 midlaners, and falling 1 v 2 top lane. The first person called mid, but the second person refused to leave. Eventually, the jungler had to help, and the first person that called mid had to go top)

Many times, the rest of the team calls in chat for 'Shivana go bot', or 'Lux top pls'-but these players seem to have...muted us? It's very annoying to deal with-almost as bad as playing with a first-timer or an afk. Especially when there are three in one lane, and one in the remaining two. And I'm one of those struggling to hold up my lane in a 2 v 1. AS A SUPP CHAMP.
