My account is still suspended ><

So a week ago I had my account hacked however after sending in a ticket, Captain FastHands had solved my problem. However he temporarily suspended my account until I checked my PC for viruses and malwares, which I did. However after giving him an answer 3 days ago, he still has not unsuspended my account and that had gotten my really worried. I read on the internet that sometimes this happens and accounts really got permabanned. Im afraid that would happen to my account as well. Is there anything I can do to contact Captain Fasthands? I miss playing league of legends already.

Hey EternalDeviation,

Before they unsuspend your account, they'll just make sure that you're in fact the account owner and double check with you that your computer is a-ok! If you've already sent the ticket in, just hang tight, and they'll get back to you as soon as they can!

I'm not sure if marking it as solved means the new ticket goes back to the queue line, but it's possible. Check your email. If you got the standard "We'll look into this" email, it probably had to go back to the queue line. Best advice right now is to keep checking back, both trying to log in and for an email response.
