Permanently Banned

I know what I've done is unacceptable, I am not constantly toxic on a day or even weekly basis but the one time a month I actually have tilted I am ultimately punished for it. I know that even once is unacceptable and I should be penalized for it. At the same time I do not believe depriving the person of the account and all their efforts for their whole entirety since creating the account is a great way to react to this though. I sincerely apologize for the inappropriate attitude I have had to press towards getting this punishment.

I want to steer away from the attitude I have on a minimal basis and get back on track to enjoying myself and having fun without having these moments again. Any tips on how I could improve myself and even possibly one day achieve my account back would be great. [slayer-jinx-catface]

You won't get your account back if the punishment was warranted. Go ahead and get that out of the way.

As for advice: Focus on yourself and make goals. Even if you are behind, make a goal to try and accomplish.

Keep water or non sugary drink nearby. Hydration is important and drinking water when you are getting upset may clam you.

Take breaks. If you are feeling tilted, quit playing for a bit. If you have to play LoL then switch to bots/practice tool and do something fun in them.

It's not necessarily that I jump into a game toxic. it's when I jump into a game and less than 5 minutes in one of the lanes has to start flaming me the entirety of the game for ganking another lane while they died. Warranted I could have just muted them but instead I chose to do the ignorant thing and say something back which turned into a heated debate despite my first couple of responses just being clarifications of why I ganked the other lane. I usually handle it by just muting people that harass me for no reason but sometimes I'm having a bad day and let it get the best of me.

I'd been having a really good streak of playing as a team member and being positive up until that point which is why I don't necessarily like that I had to lose my account that I spent 3 years of my time with over just 3-4 games in over a year. I'm going to lose a lot of friends that I won't be able to figure out their league names to re=add them due to it instantly logging me out after you press accept on your logs.

Permabanned accounts dont get unbanned unless they were banned by mistake. You say you were toxic so it wasnt by mistake. There is no coming back for your account.

Yea you won't. You can reform and all, make a new account and not get a single report for 10 years. This account that got banned, stays banned. And rightfully so, if you were toxic while on it.
