Recently just been perma'd for an incredibly toxic match directed all towards me.

Ok riot after this ban It has been made clear to me that none of you actually view over the games you get reports in and it is very frustrating. I have just played a game with a janna support that flamed me for dying when she was trolling me and not assisting me in a fight that could easily be won. Then she convinced everyone on my team that I was feeding and was the actual troll. They decided to 4 man report me AFTER the fact that they have just cursed me out the match with a chat log that was going 60 mph. Do you guys not get that reports mean absolutely nothing anymore and are practically used as a middle finger. Now i'm not going to say that I am pure because I am guilty of the occasional game were I get angry and tilted but this ban should not exist. When I die and get flamed and then fire one insult back IM the only criminal? If you're not going to view the games you get reports for then its absolutely pointless because some of them aren't actually true. I spend a lot of time in league and all lot of money and I get you can still ban me for it but it just makes me upset that im getting perma'd for an "empty" report.

Prove it, post some logs please. Keep in mind, if you get reported, the bot will look at what you said only and ignore all context. You are responsible for anything that results of you hitting the enter key.

Do you have your chat logs? I'd be interested to see them, since it would help us figure out what's going on here.

That said, a 4-man report is no more meaningful than a 1-man report. The game flag is binary -- either it's a 0 (you did not get reported) or it's a 1 (between 1 and 9 people reported you). The number of reports doesn't matter.

No logs. No evidence. Displeased with Riot. This is the trio of qualities frequently seen in people who are so toxic that they refuse to see their own toxicity.

Riot gives a 14-day ban before a perma, which means you have already been banned (possibly multiple times) for toxicity, and probably had chat restrictions.
If the system comes to a perma ban, Riot does tend to review the cases by hand, which means you were found guilty

"janna ur an idiot" "stop speaking to me" "this janna's going batshit". I know this is toxic and like I said i am guilty but I was told kys atleast 3 times from numorous people in that game and I know they did not get punished because I was not notified. Im not asking for an unban because I have read enough to know bans are not revoked. I'm just disappointed that people who are far worse in attitude are granted the ability to report and ban people. if you need more chat logs ill get on pc later and post them, on mobile and those were the ones from the game I was being toxic and could remember

So when Riot provided you with logs, there was literally nothing negative there? I would like to see that.
