Idiotic "Lower Priority Queue"

Can I get some sort of reset on my account to stop these lower priority queues? Honestly, it's getting to the point of disgust as I sit here, get a "Bugsplat" that forces my new and "better" client to repair therefore causing me to miss the game. I have fixed an older issue that quite sadly I had to figure out on my own. Your "support" team gave me the generic responses which honestly I could accept. I have been playing for multiple seasons now and apart from this new beta client and patch 7.0+ there has never been an issue with games. Honestly I do not understand why you must penalize someone that doesn't connect to a game when everyone can simply remake, especially when it's something unavoidable and easily traceable such as the bugsplat reports. Now I must wait 20 minutes in this lower queue for 5 games? Honestly, what the actual summoner 4 is that? I've had my first bugsplat in weeks since I fixed my older issue and you slap an honest player with a 1 hour wait time? Thanks.

If is the new client causing you problems, WHY do you keep using it?? Go back to legacy client while Riot fixes all the bugs. The new client is still in beta = full of bugs and missing features.

Because it wasn't just the new client. There have been issues when transitioning to games on the legacy client as well. Like I said, this only started happening after patch 7.0 and later. You honestly don't think I would avoid all the BS if I could?

Please open a support ticket - there's not much we can do for you here.

Some advice also - consider using the legacy client if you're getting a lot of bugsplats. Also, make sure any time you get a bugsplat you actually send the information with details. Add in what you were doing before - what else was running on your computer (ex: was watching a youtube video when client entered game loading, about halfway through loading it crashed). Providing details will ensure Rioters can help fix the issues in the next patch.

The first time this would of happened I would of deleted the client and gone back to the old one.
