I just had a bad game where I couldn't win lane and our ziggs was verbally harassing me, being very unsportsman like, and calling me a fucking terrible player and retarded, I asked the other players to please report him and they all refused to do so because they told me I was bad. Has anyone else had this conflict before? And if so what should I do in this situation?
You do know asking others to help report another can actually get you punished? Also, making 9 people report this one guy is nothing different to just 1 report, so technically, just report him yourself.
You aren't supposed to ask for reports. Mute and report people who are a problem, but don't make it other people's problem.
The system tracks based on the number of games reported. Multiple reports in a single game don't change anything. It's the percentage of games a person is reported in that triggers a punishment.

Start by not begging a report so that YOU won't get into trouble. Then mute and report Ziggs.
What does it matter?
Only one report is needed for the game to be flagged for review.
Asking other players to report someone is considered harassment and is in-itself a reportable offense.
