flaming is not ok.
they are still against the rules, even in URF!
Anyone who tries to defend that kind of shit behavior because "it's not ranked" or whatever should get punished five times harder than normal.

but what happens in URF stays in URF
You can't int in URF because it's just that easy to die, on top of how just 1 or 2 kills turn some champs into absolute monsters for the rest of the game
But inting IS fine.
What do you mean by int? because generally speaking inting means someone who dies a lot. Even though the actual definition is to intentionally die. u can go 0/30 in urf it doesn't matter u can't get banned. but if you run it down, or visibly are trying to die unless a part of some strat (it happens ive done one myself).
I played a gp game yesterday where i had 36 kills in 20 min, there team wasn't "inting" there was just nothing they could do against me.
