So i went in a game after my second 2 weeks ban and i got sup i asked my team to let me other lane because i m not a good support.Nobody said yes and i took yasuo as supp i rlly wanted to play yasuo supp with grasp later on game going tank everyone was falming me i just told them to shut up so i can concetrate to the game i did nothing worng execept that i gave them attetion instead of muting them and i flamed..i spent 200 lei in this account and over 2 years playing....i need help can i somehow get my acc back?

No. You yourself admitted you flamed. Riot only reverses suspensions that were given by mistake.

Flaming is not allowed, no matter the context. After two two week bans I'm afraid that this is something you should have known pretty well. The account is lost: with two previous 14-day bans, there is no way I can see Riot even considering overturning this one, as you should known that behavior isn't okay.
