Literally got in an arguement with a toxic mid laner who called me out and i got banned for 2 weeks because hes a little butt hurt baby. only shows what i said but here is what i got banned for. in my 5 years experience in league stuff like this happens all the time all because a little kid starts running his mouth and yet when i put him in his place he reports me and yall ban me, meanwhile truly toxic players get away scott free because most adults don't care about what little boys type to you online.

your missing the point ... people prevoke you and try and get you to talk shit then report you for it is the issue. They should look at the whole conversation point black period, not just what is "reported" because it takes literally 1 second and 0 effort to report anybody after every game

eventually other players that u reported will get punished in their own chatlog.

retaliation is punishable if break the rules.

For one, I never said I've never done it. I've just moved past it (aka got my shit together). Also just because someone else does something, doesn't mean it's you know... a 'got my shit together' thing to do. That's not a solid line of reasoning.

I'll grant you that maybe you were not angry, but the below definitely indicates to me that someone is mad in the situation . If you were not, there's another level of needing to get your shit together there. Because that's not a 'clap back', that's just an asshole at work. Trash talk is not this. lol "Clap back" is not literraly any horrible thing you can say in response. Just like going into a bar fight, someone punching you doesn't mean you pull out a knife and stick em. Punch em back. It's levels there. Punching someone back in a bar fight? Eh, understandable. You got banned because your comms were far below the League player base's standards. Hate speech "%%%got" is punished with an immediate 2-week ban.

No one forced you to type anything back. You ultimately made the decision to flame back, and use hate speech. You could have muted him at any point in the game and not responded back to his chat.

The bottom line is, players take responsibility for what they type. He is placing blame by saying "he was provoked" when he is the only person in control of his chat. Thus why I typed "no one forced you to type anything back."

He lost his cool. He insulted others. It makes no sense to blame others for what is solely your responsibility.

Every player is held responsible for their own actions. If you reported the player, then their chat will be reviewed and action taken if appropriate.

Yet a toxic player goes into games looking to get people to stay shit then report them to hopfully get them banned.

So mute them. It's clear you were toxic back to the player. At some point, you have to realize that further communication with other players does not yield worthwhile communication.

For you, I'd have muted you after "brain dead," because it's pretty clear you don't intend to communicate anything important, and are only looking to insult others.

Na mate, you got banned because you can't control your mouth. Try acting like an adult if you don't like the price of having a temper tantrum.

The rules are not there to protect people who need to thicken their skin, they are there to protect the people who just don't want to put up with shit like this. We mute you so we don't have to see it, and then report you to decrease the likelihood of seeing this behavior later on. We're here to play a game, not listen to children arguing.
