Banned for 3rd party software

Hey guys first time posting here. Just got an email saying my account was banned for using malicious 3rd party software. I have never used scripts, hacks, stat trackers or anything. I'm completely floored. I've been a league player since xin xao and kog maw were released and to be honest haven't played much in the last year, maybe 1 or 2 games. The only thing I can think of is my logitech keyboard has a built in league of legends profile which only displays my current on screen stats.

I've spent hundreds of dollars on this account and really want it back. At the very least can someone tell me what 3rd party program it is?! Thank you.

You should probably open a support ticket. Rioter responses on these boards are very rare, and nobody here can tell you anything.

HEY! I have the exact same problem! My account got banned and I also use a Logitech Keyboard that has the same built in league profile and I was just banned... Did your problem ever get fixed?
