so i made an account about 3 weeks ago got off work today n tried logging in i wa stold my account was permanently suspended,ive never been banned b4 or gotten a behaviorial warning wat did i do,they said check my email but theres nothing wat is goin on

First of all, assuming you're a human, let's work on that spelling and grammar usage a bit.
Now, let's get to your problem. If you have been permanently suspended, without a reform card provided in client, or an e-mail discussing the topic, then you screwed up. Basically, a Rioter looked at your account, most likely do to a report, and found a high level of negative behavior on your account. This can be through harassing other players, or by intentionally feeding, or assisting the enemy team. This brought said Rioter into the position where they must remove you from the game at this time. I assure you, that you would not be banned if you have done nothing wrong.
Even if you had been given chat restrictions or other warnings, a Rioter must approve a permanent suspension for any account. I'd suggest creating a new account, and following the Summoner's Code.
Do remember, that if other players are negatively influencing the game, (whether by intentional feeding, harassment etc.), to simply ignore the user, and report them at the end of the game for their actions. If they have done something wrong, then they will be punished. You accomplish nothing other than stooping to their level if you choose to give them any other reaction.
