Advices for in-game chat related to toxic player

the comunity of LoL is know for being one the most toxic, if not THE most toxic. i was thinking that there are a lot of online games that works really well without the in-game chat, i'm not talking about pings and this kind of stuff but direct chat written directly from players. we are starting the season 7 and almost EVERYBODY play this game with other programs for speaking and talking with friends and/or teammates, for example Curse that you sponsorize.

why not simply remove the chat and focus that on classic imputs (/surr, /msg, ecc) and maybe preimposted lines to help the players. at this point you can also focus more on pings and lines like the recent stat-pings on spells, health bar, spawns ecc. that is really appreciate.

the "pre and post" chat are ok but i think the in-game chat is the focus of all the flame (feeders, troll, hate, hate, hate, ecc...) a lot of pro players also mute the chat when playing or just talk with personal friends outside the game (/msg ) because this toxic comunity.

without the possibility to write and maybe only the possibility to express yourself with lines you can solve part of the problem of toxic players because in this case they simply cannot flame.

sorry for my english i'm not very addicted to it.

I cannot wait untill voice chat comes out, you think the way chat is setup the game is toxic now, you're going to be surprised how toxic voice chat is. It's going to be great.

im actually curious how riot will maintain their utopia of "free of toxicity " environment when it comes out but i dont think we will see it in near future

meanwhile i pray to Rito gods that they will make a system that detects and punishes inters because im done with having those tyler1 style players that run it down mid 6 times then get 2 assists and a kill and they dont get banned after, fuck this they can even have 3 tears and tiamat on amumu they still wont get banned because its "one time offense " ...
