My account was banned and i lost my email so i have to created a new one but i don't have the ban notification can you resent it please.

This is definitely a situation where you will need to submit a ticket to Player Support (as linked by Awkward Couch). In your ticket, be sure to explain that you no longer have access to the email account that was used to create your League account, and provide them with any information they require to help them verify that you were the owner of the account. Once they have verified that you are the owner, they should be able to reply to your ticket with the information as to why you were banned.

You may also be able to see that information when you try to log into your League account, as it does have a pop-up that will show a reform card with the reason for a ban if it was due to a rule violation.
