2 weeks suspension

Hello, I just wanted to ask about a thing. Mostly to riot, however, maybe some of you experienced that as well, so you might know the answer.

As I found out before - I had been restricted for 25 games, I didn't flame for about 300 games and I was pretty calm, then it hit me again and I got restricted. You know, after 25 games you usually get 2 weeks banned already. However, as I was not toxic for long enough, the restriction level went down to 0 and I got restricted for 10 games <Which is the first restriction> again.

My question is, does the same thing work for 2 weeks banned account? If I don't write anything for a looot of games, let's say, 500, will it reset back to 0?

It's really important for me because I am afraid to play on these accounts, and my self-control is pretty bad. I know I will eventually have a bad day and I'll say some shit I don't even mean in chat, which will get me permanently banned again.

So, here's the question, will it reset after lots of non-toxic games, like it does before 2 weeks suspension, or will I get surely banned permanently next time?

Also, can we get a response about the self-mute button that hit reddit's frontpage recently? This is something I really need, I have the will to control myself, however, it's not as easy as it might be for most of you. I'm too emotional about this game sometimes.
