I just don't get this... so I would be happy if someone could explains this for me >w< but why is it, that we still lose LP when one of (just one... in luckier times) our team mates leaves the game? I mean 4 vs 5 is not fair... and I know it's not impossible to win like that... however, it is a lot harder. So why is the whole team punished for one players behavior?
Because a system that punished only one (except remakes) would be abused by either people trying to help their team mates, duo/flex, or people trying to bully someone into leaving.

This post would be better in Gameplay, but I'll go ahead and answer your question. The reason you still lose LP is because, put bluntly, you lost the game. There is a way to prevent this, using the /remake option if the player never connects. You can read about /remake here. Also, if the server goes down and causes a lot of people to disconnect, Riot has a "Loss Prevention" system that they can activate, where LP losses are prevented and LP gains are diminished. This is only used in times of severe server issues however, so don't count on it being a viable option.
