ok so today i was banned for intentional feeding and i really did it because the one monkey from my team said hey i dont care that he is first top im gonna instalock and this isnt happening for the first time.People instalock in my games all the time and everytime i report them guess what NOTHING HAPPENS but the one time i say fk it and int im getting banned. i want to congrats riot for keeping an eye for the inter but really the one game where i say fk it im doing it for real and i get banned thats i was and the instalocker was and then the most retarded part is that HE TOLD ME THAT I INSTALOCK and riot dont come to me like UM INSTALOCKING IS NOT BANNABLE cuz it is its like griefing .oh and yeah R.I.P

I mean, of it is blinds, then no; instalocking is not a punishable offense because there are no lane assignments.

There are no draft rules in blind pick. Call order is only common courtesy and not a hard rule. Meaning instalocking in blind is not against the rules.

my friend , why not have the bigger brain and just leave it to the other player ? things like this actually carry the game and makes your team mates positive towards you .. good luck after your ban finishes .
