Restriction for what??

Hey so I just got restricted and I would like some feedback from the community as to why this is even happening. I didnt spew obscenities, no racial, no homophobia, no kill your self, no threat of violence, no spam, no none of the stuff that I would understand why someone would get removed in a T rated game. Also, important note, both the games here the players were trolling lobby before and both games the people I was complaining about were intentionally feeding. Im not going off for no reason and I wasnt even freaking out or anything. When someone goes 0/9/1 and 0/11/0 I dont see why anyone in their right mind wouldnt say something.

Both games are draft. Both games I was selected for support, which I chose as choice #1 pre lobby. Neither of these players switched or asked to switch.

Game 1: I get blown up in lobby by the Yi and Kali duo for going Rakan because apparently its supports job to be meat shield for people that intend to feed anyways. I am harassed by the Yi who has some issue with me over not going a tanky support. I goto lane with Kali and she stacks spears on minions while hopping to enemy bot lane thinking she is going to take cs and a sion and a vayne lvl1 with one e. I peel and we both die. Comes back and repeats. About 12 minutes in she is sitting 0/8/0 and even admits it while spamming thumbs up emote. End score is a kali with 0/13/1

Game 2: cait is sitting at tower occasionally hitting q to cs, not autoing at all, not moving, not playing. litterally sat at tower for a good 7 - 8 minutes spamming q when minions flooded tower. Fed a good 4 kills like this pre 12 minutes. Also, once they stopped eating or whatever they were doing, about 20 minutes into game, they at least said "they were bad" and I even complimented them for hearing me out and actually playing.

Its a game you need your whole team for and someone that decides to completely throw via feeding ruins it for everyone else. I know that a person intentionally feeding is far worse than someone stating that they are or calling them out on it. Cmon now.

So, I can't vote on your poll - because the correct answer is yes we should restrict for this, but that doesn't mean intentional feeding is okay. I see a common theme in both of these games - you are constantly attempting to find someone else who is doing bad, blame them for the game, and/or accuse them of intentionally feeding. Not only is this unnecessary, useless, and doesn't help you win the game, but it's really detrimental to the environment of the game for not only the person (or people) you are targeting, but everyone you subject to your negativity. People don't play League to see people harass and blame others - people play League to try and win. Chat is not for blaming - but for strategy - and when you choose to use it to berate and harass others for their performance it makes it very hard for others to have fun.

The bottom line is that no matter what another player is saying/doing, you never have the right to flame them for it. If you think their behavior violates the Summoner's Code, you should utilize the end-of-game report feature so it will be investigated. If they are abusing chat, you can mute them to avoid having to see their abusive chat.

Your poll is quite honestly, shit.

Yes people should be punished for harassing others regardless of the situation. That doesn't mean intentional feeding is okay though.
