There were pro-players who were suspended on some occassions, like Incarnation or Forgiven, so what makes you think you don't deserve the punishment, even though your rank is below theirs?

Well I'm just trying to help the league community. If high ranking members such as myself are punished we simple go make an alt and destroy noobs on that alt. It's not healthy for the community and frankly I'm having fun doing it; hence, there should be a new suspension policy, since i'm not learning from my suspension. When I get back on my main i'm just going to trash-talk but in a new way, which will be less direct and more hilarious indirectly so i'm going to simple have to be creative in how i trash talk for now on
Rank has nothing and should have nothing to do with violations of rules. You break the rules you should get punished. I don't care if your a league god or a wood 5 with a 10% win rate. There should not be special treatment for anyone.
