Anomander1 votesRank has nothing and should have nothing to do with violations of rules. You break the rules you should get punished. I don't care if your a league god or a wood 5 with a 10% win rate. There should not be special treatment for anyone.

It's not healthy for the community and frankly I'm having fun doing it; hence, there should be a new suspension policy, since i'm not learning from my suspension. When I get back on my main i'm just going to trash-talk but in a new way, which will be less direct and more hilarious indirectly so i'm going to simple have to be creative in how i trash talk for now on
