Ban an flamer instead of an troller simple pointless, flamers as i seen 90 % of flamers are good players, trollers simple ruin game loosing make others flamer for troll atitute etc flamers if get acc banned they will keep flame with other acc and maybe get worse by troll or loosing games with intent an good player that flames will troll without the lame RIOT system player behavior ban them cause RIOT system ban flamers, and not trollers so fck sad. Tell me RIOT how an lvl 164 like me can get banned by troll ?! NEVER i will make it like i'm fck bad player and loose all fck ranked games BUT I WILL NEVER FLAME, remember that who ruin games are not FLAMERS BUT TROLLERS <----
So one more time people if u find any of my acc at your team ranked u will enjoy the game lost, and i will enjoy it. HF cause i will .

You seem to think Riot is only capable of banning one or the other.

Solution: Punish both the flamer and the AFK. Both make the experience shitty for their team, so both get punished.
