I know the people who frequent this board section are just going to come here and tell im wrong and evil and blah blah blah but i dont see what was wrong with this given the contex... oh wait you arent given the context at all. So i will provide that in parenthasees for each game. I received a 25 game chat restriction for this and i feel its unjust. I never agreed'd with the tribunal but this automated system is busted.

Game 1 (In this game the first two messages i was talking to a teammate who had his roll instalock stolen from him. He said we should report the ryze, so i was like yeah but just play because whining will just make the ryze enjoy his trolling even more. The rest is just banter with my team about how we hate teemo shrooms. Ryze had to defend a turret from 2 people which he could have easily done by ultiing and killing a few minions, but instead he chose to run in and die. I try to tell him about this and threatens to afk. If its wrong for me to call him cancer for threatning to afk after instalocking and never helping the team then i guess im the worst person NA.) Game 2 (How can you not get mad. I play a game with a guy, report him because he fed and flamed and blamed the whole time. Thats what everyone tells me to do. But then i get him on my team not only a 2nd time, but a third time in a row.) Game one: Asking people to report someone is harassment so you can get reported for that. Also fun fact it does not matter if 1 person or more than 1 person reports someone it has the same effect.

Game two: Seems like you really heavily trash talked the Brand at the end which crossed over to harassment and likely unsportsmen like conduct.

Game Three: Maybe the "u guys are bad" but from the chat log it looks like you said that to your team sarcastically likely when you were winning/ about to win. However, if it was to the other team when you were just about to win then it's unsportsmen like conduct. An example of how easy it is to get that though "gg ez" is also unsportsmen like conduct if you say it to the other team...

Calling for/ begging for reports is considered toxic, and is unnecessary. Only 1 report is needed to flag a game for review.

Don't announce your reports, or when you mute. It just encourages them to retaliate and make the match worse for everyone.

On its own this game would not have amounted to punishment. But with the other two games it provides further evidence of a pattern of negative behavior.

Not relevant. You are judged for your actions and your actions alone. If the other players were reported they will be judged separately, also for their actions alone.

The third game I'd say was alright. Definitely not perfect but not enough for a punishment. The first two however you earned. Plain and simple you deserved that punishment from the first two. Rant out loud rather than taking the time to type in game.

You agreed when you made and account and you agreed everytime they released an update when you had to click those 2 accept buttons for the TOS.

These two lines from your first game jump out at me as the most toxic out of your 3 games. Either of those comments is justification for a punishment if someone reports you for it.

You wanna know why context doesn't matter?

Scenario: Jungle Mundo forgets smite. He is dying to jungle camps, and rushes frozen mallet first item. Due to him having a suboptimal build, and appears to be lacking in skill to properly clear the jungle safely, he is under level and under farmed. He gets melted in team fights and can't tank anything. But he hasn't said anything so far.

So, you can say these things to him

  1. Mundo you so bad, how do you f%cking suck so bad. You are cancer to the game, uninstall. Don't you talk back to me you sh%t, you have double my deaths. You are a toxic crying little b%tch

  2. Mundo, you might want to consider buying a Sunfire cape, it'll help you clear and survive team fights.

So the scenario is the same, but what you say is within your own control. Point 1 will get you punished. Point 2 will probably get you honored with friendly at the end of the game.

Context doesn't matter. You control what you type, and if you can't help but type negativity all the time, then it is on you that you got punished, and not Riot's system.

Your next punishment is a 14-day ban, after that is a permaban. It will also get easier and easier to yourself punished (aka, 2 games can get you 14-day banned, and 1 game after that 14-day can get you permaed)
