Ranked AFK

Why when i queue for a 5v5 and someone troll or afk i still lose LP? Why when i queue for a 5v5 and get in a 4v5 the game wont pause? why it wont give me a loss prevented? why it rapes my mmr so i get more AFK / Raquiter / Trolls? If i queue for a 5v5 id like to play a 5v5 or NOT GET PUNISHED when its not a 5v5 Why cant you fix your shit like other moba? Why you dont give a fuck about your game? All you care about is the $$$$ Dont fix issues only create skin to get $$$ ALL I ASK IS A PAUSE GAME IN RANKED WHEN SOMEONE IS AFK / DC ALL I WANT IS AN OPTION TO REPORT IN GAME SO THE GAME WILL DETECT AND PAUSE THE GAME OR EVEN STOP IT!

Exemple: Someone AFK : I press ESC , click option '' vote '' and see the list of player of my own team. Select the name and clikc vote. Team vote yes or no if someone is AFK / DC if the vote is accpected the GAME WILL PAUSE. After X time if the player dont reconnect: 2 option Leave of keep playing. The 4v5 team wont lose LP and the 5v5 will win Half LP if the 4v5 team win a bonus LP would be nice. + Punish the AFK / DC ONLY if the team lose NOT ALL THE PLAYERS. Please BE FAIR It says: PVP CLASSIC SUMMONER'S RIFT 5V5 can i play a 5v5 and not a 4v5 or less? Can you Fix something? its not that hard rito is just Lazy i guess.. and / or Don't give a single fuck about that.
