I got permanently banned from lol because i chose not to play reason being is that i called adc

i like to hear your guys opinion on what happen. so i went into que for game in normal. so i called adc because no one has called it yet. someone else chose to take adc without calling adc. so i decided not to play . i did play around like walking around to show the client that i am not AWAY FROM KEYBOARD. through the game i was abused by my team mates. the thing they dont know . with my champion i need cs to be successful in the role of adc. I did choose SION as adc . I know only those who likes to take risks would pick sion as adc . saying that, i did call my lane someone else chose to ignore the fact that the first to call the lane owns it . no matter what champion. i dont remember lol saying anything about not allowing tanks and other types of champions to play the adc role. nothing . and after calling my lane i get abused from others. i did not break any of the rules. i wasnt being AFK. i wasnt being ABUSIVE , i wasnt being RACIST and yet i got ban . so i dont know if its because RIOT know that im a SAMOAN that they think they can just ban me and think that im stupid . REALLLY im keen to take this shit further. I DIDNT BREAK ANY RULES AND YET IM BANNED. SO WHAT IS THIS I GOT BANNED FOR NO REASON. IT MAKES ME THINK THAT IM BANNED BECAUSE OF THE FACT THAT RIOT KNOWS THAT IM SAMOAN.SO RIOT DECIDED TO JUST SHOW MY MESSAGES BUT CLEARLY NOTHING ABUSIVE ABOUT IT. I GOT BANNED FOR THIS

So you decided to not play a game you queued into, threw a temper tantrum AND the game, and harassed your teammates the whole way through? Yes, the ban is deserved. Besides, you said it yourself: "I chose not to play". Why are you complaining that Riot is holding you to your own decision of not playing?

IF RIOT DONT WANT TO POST THIS . THAN IM WILLING TO DO WHATEVER IN MY POWER TO DESTROY RIOT.

If u didnt want to play cause someone else took ADC, why didnt u just dodge game? Calling something doesnt make it automatically yours. Your punishment is deserved. You got banned for assisting enemy team by telling enemies your teammates location. Thats a big no no.

They didn't break any rules either. Riot didn't make a rule like "who ever call role first in normal owns it". It's player choice to accept that. You didn't get banned for taking adc Sion nor for the fact you are samoan. You get banned for:

  • not helping your team,
  • refuse to play while not being afk,
  • being negative,
  • bullying Trist,
  • helping enemy team by telling where your teammates are

And it WILL end here. You broke rules made by Riot, which you agreed to with every patch, so by the rules they took away their acc that you used

You intentionally left the game, not by disconnecting, but by actively choosing not to help your team win the game.

They don't ban you because of race. They ban you because you are being a bad team player. You chose the route of aggravating a situation rather than trying to work towards making it better. Essentially, you got upset that someone started a fire when you said to not start a fire. However, instead of dousing the fire with water, you poured gasoline on it and said "well if you want to have a problem I'm going to make it a bigger problem and I'm going to blame you for starting it." This is why you got punished. You leave a negative impact on the game, not because you're Samoan.

Be more cooperative and positive and try to work things out instead of blowing things up and making things worse. Don't blame them for your actions. You are in control of your own actions.

Blind Pick doesn't protect called roles, all you can count on is politeness.

You should have dodged, or picked a different role. Instead you opted to overtly troll your team. Dumb move.

The afk detection system is pretty good, and it would have picked up the actions as you described them.

I think a punishment was warranted, given that you stated you were not going to play, and discouraged the rest of your team.

You got banned because

  1. Not participating in the match
  2. Being directly offensive to someone
  3. Purposefully losing the game
  4. Refusing to support your team The ban is 100% deserved

You could have

  1. Asked the Tristana nicely to play a supporting role, if "no" or no reaction from them. Then just keep playing to the best of your abilities then try report them for Negative attitude(not necessarily gonna work but at least it's better than what you did) after the game.
  2. Dodge the game.
  3. You be the nice guy and play the supporting role. If you can't do any of those things then I hope you won't try play this again.

Lets run through your crimes. negativity, giving up, griefing, feeding your own team to the enemy, which yes can be considered "intentional feeding", refusing to co-operate, "afk/leaving"at fountain, moving around and around it doesn't matter. oh and lets not forget the bit of posting chat logs on a forum, even if they're your own..... this entire forum page is just a massive example of why folks like yourself get banned.

So, a teammate wasn't following the meta in a rude way, interfering with your performance. This kind of thing isn't normally against the rules, but if it was done in a way that was very negative to the team, it might have been reportable. You followed that up by definitely being very negative, which is reportable. Then you actually sabotaged your team by giving the enemy information, effectively inting... in chat, where everyone can see it.

Following up an offense by a far worse offense isn't really a sensible approach. You definitely violated the ToS, and it's well-documented, so a ban is to be expected, and you have no legal standing to challenge the ban.
