I was permabanned!! I havent been given any warning. My last ban was a 14 day ban, 3 and a half MONTHS ago!! I didnt get any warning saying something like, how it says to be sportsman like or something when someone reports you, but no i didnt get a single warning or anything. Nothing ever came up ;d I was permabanned for being unsportsmanlike. why was i banned without any warning, just banned!

Time is irrelevant, 14 days ban was your final warning.
BladeSteel2 votesActually every 3 months it goes "down" a level. So if you get a 14 day ban, and you "behave" for 3+ months your next ban would be 14 days. So either he is wrong about the time between bans, or something else is going on.

SenpaiiChan1 votesI don't know if this counts but between my 3 months a guy reported me because during the first 5 mins of the game ( about when I got into lane) my mouse stopped working and then he reported me and said it was for intentional feeding and I had like 2 more deaths than my kills.

If you received a 14 day ban that is your FINAL warning. They do not have to warn you leading up to the Perm Ban.
