Permanently banned for getting flamed by a premade??

I'll admit that in the past I have been a flamer. I made conscious efforts to reform my chat to make it less toxic and as a result have just recently climbed nearly back to honor level 2 - which before was almost impossible for me.

Today I had a game with a premade who flamed the entire team so hard as well as me, wanting to report me for getting caught.

below are the chat logs. Is this worth a permanent ban?

Is there any point in playing this game if anything you say in chat gets triggered like this? taken vastly out of context the above looks worse than it is - i don't think this justifies a permanent ban?

Typically acceptable team communication and intentionally delving into unnecessary arguments, responding to what is seen as harassment with harassment of your own... are not one in the same. You don't win arguments by participating and instigating them. You win them by not being a part of it at all. Report those who are toxic and breaking the ToS, but don't deliberately get yourself involved and expect you to be shielded due to the circumstances.

Honestly, not really worth a perma ban, so I suspect there's more

But future advice is, mute all, don't respond to them, just let them flame and be angry so only they receive a punishment

Not the whole Log. Also you didn't got banned because you got flamed, but because you were severly toxic after you had your punishments CR and 14 Day Ban. You are at fault, if you throw away your last chance.

After appealing a ticket the automatized blitz bot told me I have been reported 4 times in 20 games - I know for a fact 2 of those reports are from the premade who just flamed me entirely for chat log 1 which I didn't flame back in and easily could have. They reported me because we lost.

So effectively 2 reports out of 20 games for getting mildly tilt - does this still justify a permanent ban for someone who has actively changed their behaviour?? i think not.

I love that nobody can justify the extremity of this ban. I'm starting to think riot just perm ban accounts who spend more because they are more likely to invest real money into the game in new accounts. I 100% won't be doing that, if no consideration for player reform or length of time between punishments is ever considered - you are setting yourself up to fail in this game - nobody is perfect and people are prone to get frustrated during games - but i was NOT abusive, inflammatory, racist, homophobic, sexist, swearing, caps locking etc.
