Update This account did have a previous suspension on it. Here is the IMGR link to that case. This doesnt seem like it would affect it being 3 years old and the type of suspension.

I wont mince words, and I wont edit my content here. This is not ok. RIOT needs to start looking at the games they ban people for. The player in question was getting talked to by everyone on the team. He was not contributing and actually trolling us. Through the course of the game this was the only chat I did. Not really even that much given the nature of the game.

Would I have accepted a communications ban? Probably, fine. A PermaBan on an account that has money dumped into it is not ok. I have NEVER been banned or even suspended before, for anything, ever. this is a 4 seasons old account with level 5 honor.

Is the language tilting, yes. Is it up to the "summoners code" probably not, but a permaban is not the correct punishment and frankly is really disturbing that it came to this. There are no other games... It is only one. I can post a screenshot if I must.

It does not matter, the rules do not say "it's okay if he's not contributing or he's trolling", the rules say "this behavior isn't okay".

This is all that matters. It doesn't matter what anyone else has done.

It came to this because you had a 2 week ban that CLEARLY stated that ANY further rule violations would be a permanent ban. You chose not to heed that warning. It's really disturbing that you kept ruining games until you were permanently banned - and that you STILL show no sign you're willing to respect the rules.

This is the correct punishment and will not be removed simply because you spent money.

I dont understand why you keep using chat in this way when you know its against the rules. If you've had a 14 day ban already, then Riot knows you arent interested in following the rules, considering you've been warned and punished (multiple times) before, and they are removing you from the community. They cant stop ya from making another account though. Sorry if your imgr link contradicts anything I've said here, I'm on a phone and that shit is way too small and blurry to read, but you have admitted to having chat restricts (at least one) and a 2 week suspension. This is just the natural progression of punishment tiers. 10 game cr, 25 game cr, 14 day ban, permaban. Its not about severity, its about your blatant disregard for the rules and unwillingness to follow them.

My question is; why would they keep giving you more and more chances? Why wouldnt they remove you, when you clearly arent following the rules still after all this time? Making an exception for you would ruin the integrity of the whole process. They have to be fair about it and treat everyone equally.

First off, they usually dont perma ban for a first offense- unless you have been on a 14 day ban prior, or this is a new account after already having a previous account permabanned- which is something they watch for.

Here is the IMGR link for the tickets I have and the previous suspension. It is confirmed that this account DID have a suspension before. I do not know if this is why it went straight to a perma ban or not.

I mean when i read things like this i always just find it fishy off the start when i can only read what you have copy and pasted in for us, I think it would have been better if you gave proof of the whole chat or such Not just what you have written or chosen to show us. And Do i think it deserves a permaban if it is truly your first offence No, But on the other hand i do think you should be punished Rather heavily.

As someone who has been playing since around mid to late season 2 (If i can recall) I have seen this game through a lot, And it saddens and angers me to see such toxic behavior take this game over. League has become known as one of the most toxic communities in the Gaming world, Or at least i feel that is how it is viewed upon and it is honestly true. People can be so nice at the start of games but if you make one mistake or the game starts to drift to the loosing side then those "nice" people will and have become some of the most toxic players i have seen in my years of playing. And as for me i have done my fair share of toxicity if i am being honest. I have gone off on tangents that i should not have and instead kept my self cool calm and collected. But anger and feelings can flare when someone wants to be an Internet warrior and try to talk smack to you in the safety of their home. I get it, It happens more then we would like. But that being said it needs to be put down and killed where it stands.

Riot has not taken a huge step forward in punishment like i would have liked and wanted. At least every other game i get told to go F*** my self or that i should kms and unistall when something out of my power happens. I have had people hard and soft int my games. I have had people go totally afk at 6 mins in after their first death. People using hacks have also happened, Basically if it was in league i have had it happen to me. But that also being said i dont let it get to me anymore. Because in the end of the day all you are doing is loosing your cool on some dude on the internet over a video game that honestly will not help you in life succeed in life unless you manage to be a LCS level player or a streamer. But 90% of the time it wont, So just think about it that way is my best advice. Just wasting your time and energy typing out angry words that in the end will only hurt you more then it will hurt the person they are aimed to. Especially in this case it seems.

I mean it's super toxic but Riot only instant permabans you for your first offense if you're saying stuff that's actually illegal. Contact the support and they should be able to sort it out for you. You didn't even say anything racist/homophobic, just average flaming, so it should be lowered to a chat restriction.
