The rules for chat restriction

Riot. I can tell you why nobody likes your game, it's because you don't like any fun. The only time I have had fun in this game in weeks is when I play a game where I am typing a lot and hyping my team, for one because it is fun, and for two because I want my team to get hyped and keep good morale.

Enter Sylas, who runs it down his lane and proceeds to flame the team. I flame back calling him bad, because it's pretty fun and I am not being serious. I didn't use any racial or other diminutive slurs against him, but he types "you typed so much this game reported have fun with chat restriction."

Because I typed a lot in a game I now get a 10 game chat restriction and reset to honor 1!! That makes complete sense!

I guess I just don't understand how typing a lot warrants HONOR LEVEL 1. Like chat restriction I am fine with, but damn riot REALLY hates fun now.
