So far 5th and 6th seasons have the worst players. People with over 600 wins still play like it's their first time. Like, they die stupidly, gets baited into a brush, no one wards, everybody just doing whatever, not grouping, and no communication. It's like a bunch of old LoL bots playing.
I've always had this, nothing new.

Whenever there's a game mode out (much like ascension right now) i've noticed a MASSIVE increase in baddies and trolls in norms. It's as if all the laidback players went to enjoy the game mode, while all the tryhard kids that feed their arse off keep playing norms.
Players have always been trolls and bad, but it does take less XP now more than ever to get to level 30 and a bunch of people got boosted last season with Dynamic Q.
In my experience it comes in waves. I'll have days or even weeks with great team members, and then I'll notice an uptick in toxicity ('tis when I start the /mute all every game), and then eventually it dies back down.
It's probably tied to the economy, or school breaks, or hell even the phases of the moon, I dunno.
because this game is garbage and no ones cares anymore
