Teemo Hate / Report option specific to team pick

Is anyone else frustrated by the amount of people who actively hate Teemo because it's the "cool thing" (I guess?) to do? I am very tired of having to avoid mentioning the fact that I'm playing Teemo in order to avoid having him banned during team pick. It's absurd how many times he's been banned by players simply because I've mentioned I may play him. I get it, he's annoying, but I feel like it's a bit out of hand. I don't know really what could be done about something like that but I feel like an option for specifically for reporting people who are trolling in many ways during team pick would be advised. I feel that the times I've reported people has been excessive and I've tried to at least make sure I honor people equally just to balance it out, but I'm just so sick of toxic users. Another example, I suppose, is recently I played a ranked game where someone didn't get the pick they wanted and they announced in pregame that they would leave if the other person was bad and then, of course, made good on it right as the game may have actually turned around.

Just speculation...I guess another question is where do the mods feel something of this nature should be placed when reporting?

I've only played a handful of games in this new (inferior to team builder) system, but my team has banned my champion choice almost 25% of the time. This is getting tiresome.

Your pick intent should always be urgot(it's the standard "fek u I pick what i want" pick intent) but then you pick teemo without mentioning him in chat. GG Easy.

And don't speak at all during the whole game, just do your job. Your teammates will constantly find a reason to get you reported. If you are losing they will blame you, although you might be performing better than all of those plebs combined. But hey they will blame you, just because you are Teemo. This always happens to me.
