You are ineligible to earn loot due to previous behavior restrictions

I know there are people already submited that but isn't that really unfair.I got chat banned like 2 months ago for 5 games(and i already remove the restriction) and now i can't win loot like chests and key fragments.I asked yesterday and someone answerd that it is not a bug.But the thing i really want to know is WHEN is it going to disappear(if it is going to disappear by itself) and HOW MANY games i need to play so my behavior would be clear?

Its not about "how many games i need to play". It takes months for you to show that you have reformed. Since your punishment ended 1 month ago u wont get rewards 2-6 months.

For players that are punished by the Instant Feedback system and work off the punishment, they will still be restricted from earning Hextech chests or keys for a period while the system ensures that they have reformed their behavior. There is no fixed interval here - if you continue to play with sportsmanlike behavior, you'll eventually get back into good standing. We're looking into making a player's status more clear/visible to help avoid this kind of confusion.
