Jubbinaut3 votesYou got a warning because you were reported. At the moment, those warnings are intentionally disconnected from anything except reports. Because of that, it doesn't mean you're closer to being punished, or even that the report is valid. It only means that you've been reported relatively often recently.
That said, I think they could stand to reexamine the wording to make that more clear.

elduris1 votesThere's a popup notification that lets you know you've been reported if the number of games you're reported in relative to the number of games you've played is too high. It may not be a notification from that one game specifically either, just a heads up that you are being reported in a number of game(s) and to be more aware of your behavior.

Potentially, yes. However, it's important to note that they don't mean anything else. Warnings aren't connected or related to the actual punishment system at all.
elduris1 votesFalse reports are detected by the reporting system and disregarded. I don't have intimate knowledge of the exact algorithms but I assure you, you won't get banned for false reports.
