I get chat restricted

I'm chat restricted because I got reported by two people on my team in a game of twisted treeline, they were in all chat saying I was using the N word and other bad things when I all I ever said to them was they were unranked low leveled trash. it's the truth. they however did not get any repercussions. they told me they wished my mom died and that I died of cancer. and yet I'm chat restricted. you can get right out the front door with that backwards rationality. this game isn't dying. this isn't the same game I started playing 4 years ago. it's a completely different game with updates based around profit and no one actually looking into the reports. and it's this game that's dying. let it.

just out of curiosity, could you post the chat logs the game gave you for your chat restriction? also emotionally prepare yourself, you'll be swarmed by users any moment now taking the moral high ground saying you deserved it, you're toxic and you need to be perma banned alongside 20 different other variations of that so they can circlejerk themselves off with upvotes.

They'll also ignore what the other players did or said, even though it wont come anywhere close to anything you said and is actually 10x worse of course.

I don't know how to post the chat logs. I would if I could. I also never said I didn't deserve it. I spoke my mind and don't mind paying the cost. however for them to go above and beyond what I said and not receive punishment is what this post is about. I let them talk all the trash they wanted, and any one seeing this can do the same.

the fact that I immediately had a chat restriction 2 minutes later and have been closing and re opening waiting for the little header saying anything about my report being handled.

That report is only sporadic - you don't always get it. There's several posts on the boards about it and it's an ongoing source of confusion, but unfortunately that's the way it is at the moment. If their chat was worse than yours and you got a punishment they almost certainly did as well.

it would be nice to believe that. does not change the fact that people/kids/adults are literally going into all chat, lying about what a player said, and getting them in trouble for it. if they hadn't lied and said the N word and a bunch of other things just to be hurtful I wouldn't of reported them. I can deal with people calling me trash or a bad player to uninstall and all that rage nonesense, I don't report for that. I op.gg'd them and told them they were unranked, low level and their match history showed that this particular match wasn;t just a random bad game for them. they are consistently bad at the game. and they went over board in all chat putting words in my mouth/fingertips.

The system is automated - it's not going to be fooled by another player saying you said something. If you are reported it will scan your own chat logs and choose to punish or not punish you on them alone. Calling people trash is harassment and that is most likely what you were punished for.
