With all the focus on Player Behavior around people with bad attitudes, why has instalocking still not been addressed? Why do we still not have a "Kick Player" during champion select for this purpose? You are basically ASKING players to queue dodge when someone locks in an ADC when all champions and roles have been selected and then says "Oh well." Why put in place a Leaver Buster to punish those trying to avoid a toxic player? Why is instalocking still not a reportable behavior? Why is role-jacking still not a reportable behavior? Or are you really just going to ignore the players who try to help the communities until they become so frustrated that they become the players you target in your focus to eliminate bad mouthing others?

Teambuilder draft(which is right around the corner) should take care of most if not all of these issues.

Hey, this is my advice

If it's not a jungle role they locked in, take jungle, tax their lane, fake a gank, but be positive. At the least and they will rage and report them for it

Alternatively, you can call their buff by taking the same role and but with more wave clear and let them quit or go into the game and get more money/gold and play.
