teach people to use mute

you do realize this is a game where you are trying to kill your opponent and matches take a large amount of time to play. cussing will happen no matter what. why don't you just make it easier for people to mute others, or punish those who are always reporting language. don't get me wrong being a racist is one thing and I agree with punishing them. but just bad language? what about the instigators of the cussing. you get schmarmy comments from these kids trying to put you down. not being able to tell some jerk to f off doesn't seem fair. I have resorted too immediately muting those jerks but nothing seems to happen to them. I say let people cuss, punish those who are offended by it. if I was offended I would just mute. but if the person threatens your life or is just a racist than punish. you need to give your player behavior team a breath of fresh air because the way you currently have it isn't working at all.
